I have been taking my car to Woods for at least two years and until yesterday, planned to continue. I was early for my oil change (not due yet) but I heard a clanking noise and was concerned. Long story short, my car was out of oil; it was not leaking, no smoking, no warning light. I did not appreciate the comments by the service person or by the front desk person. I may be older but I am not stupid and I have never neglected my car. Disappointing.
